Professor Manuel Castro and Professor Felix García-Loro, from UNED (Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia), in Spain, conducted a workshop about “An Open and Improved VISIR System Through PILAR Federation for Electrical/Electronics Remote Experiments” during the first day of the 16th International Conference on Remote Engineering and Virtual Instrumentation, that took place at the B.M.S.
